Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but certain countries are not available. Countries where shipping is unavailable will be unable to checkout.
What couriers do you ship with?
US orders are shipped via UPS/USPS and international orders are shipped via DHL/Fedex.
What size should I order?
All of our items are in men's sizing unless stated otherwise. Certain products will be sized specifically to that product, so check product descriptions.
How should I wash my items?
For all our products, we recommend dry-cleaning to keep items in original condition.
Where are your items produced?
Our products are sourced from different suppliers in Portugal and the US. Production is completed in the US.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For the time being, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If there is a problem with your product, please reach out to Contact@SAHSgroup.com so that we can rectify the situation.
Who will be responsible for Duties and Custom Fees?
All Duties and Fees that may arise due to an international order are the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Any problems with the shipping company will have to be addressed by the customer.
Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?
Items are generally shipped in one box, however, for atypical orders we will send items in the best way possible.
Can I modify an order once I've placed it?
Due to our volume, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email contact@sahsgroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Why has someone received their order and I haven’t?
Depending on where you live in the world, some regions have faster shipping than others. Canada and the US typically will get their packages sooner than overseas territories such as Europe and Australia/New Zealand.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipments typically take 5-8 business days to arrive. For international orders, 7-14 business days.
Will certain items ever be restocked?
We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand. Once we release something, we typically don’t release them again. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage.
Does everyone receive the SAHS Box?
No, only those who spend $95 or more before shipping and taxes will receive the SAHS box.
Where and when is local pickup?
We will offer local pickup at 7 Heath Way, South Barrington, IL 60010 between the hours of 3:00 PM-5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the week following our drop for customers from the Chicago land area.
